My friend A is working as a medical assistant in one of the nursing homes in California. She's earning a big bucks now compared when she was still working in a department store. She now afford to send her siblings to college and supports her family back home. Before she became a medical assistant she worked as a sales staff in one of the biggest department stores in California. She can't support her family then because she just earned enough to support herself. She find ways to earn extra money but still it was not enough. Knowing my friend, she has a dream, hard worker and she knows how to achieve it. So I'm not surprised when she told me that she looked up a medical assistant schools and then she took an online course at St. Augustine School of Medical Assistants. She took her course for a couple of months and she received her degree. She's naturally organized, well disciplined and caring so her job as a medical assistant is perfect for her. Her papers were processed fast because as we all know medical jobs in the US are in-demand. All her hard work were paid off! She's now achieving her dreams one step at a time. She asked her sibling to take up medical assistant courses too because the hospital she's working at still looking for medical assistants. They offer a good package of benefits for their employees like no other hospital did.
